In the background of the captions under “Camera Apprentices” we can see Alfie Oldman, Gary Oldman’s son
Tale
Follows a team of British intelligence agents who serve as a dumping ground for MI5 due to career-ending mistakes.
He has worked on several films that Gary has starred in
Featured in Graham Norton i gosti: Kristin Scott Thomas/George Takei/Claudia Winkleman/Jamie Oliver/First Aid Kit (2022).
This is a rare case where it’s better than the book it’s based on
The books are slow and often go through unnecessary details that don’t relate to the story.
All of that got lost in the translation to visual media
The story is tight and while some details have been changed, it should fit the format better.
The production values are top notch and Gary Oldman is terrific as Jackson Lamb
I don’t know how some people got the idea that this was some kind of woke drama, but the gender and racial makeup is on par with the original source material, so whoever wrote the review needs to put on their big pants and join the real world.
